• Marksheet of Previous Examination Passed/Failed ( PDF Format ) (Not applicable for Prarambhik Students)

• ID for Verification of Date of Birth (Aadhar Card,Passport, Driving License) (PDF Format/Jpg)

• Latest Passport Size Photograph (JPG Format)

  (File size of the document and photo must be less than 500 KB. Ideal Dimensions are: 250 X 250 Pixels )

3) Please fill the correct center name -YOGINI INSTITUTE OF PERFORMING ARTS -1283

4) Please submit copy of Application form with GURU stamp and signaure to center

5) Admit Card/(Hall Ticket) for Theory & Practical EXAM (Start from October 2026)

6) Nov-Dec 2026 Theory Exam 15th Nov. 2026 (Exam schedule as per subject -Updated Later)

7) Nov-Dec 2026 Practical Exam Notification

• Practical Exams will be conducted between 1st November to 15th December 2026. ( Exact Schedule in Nov First Week)
